How do you encourage your students to practice the english language more often?

I try my best to provide my students an environment where they feel easy to practice their English without any hindrance. Moreover, I praise even their smallest efforts in this regard. It paves the way for their active participation in the learning process and they don't feel shy. The more they practice the more they learn.

I Think Motivation is Magic Key to let the Student practice & like the subject  and the Teacher can use A modern techniques in Teaching like dividing the students into groups and try to flame the spirit of the honest competition between the students.

Totally ban the usage of their local languages in your school. Make sure those that  break the rule pay a fine. Non compliance for upto three times should attract name and shame. 

Create an English zone in the classroom, cafeteria or students' relaxation area. Students who enter this zone are required to speak English only. Encourage by not being critical of grammar mistakes and/or  incorrect pronunciation. Obvious and regular mistakes can be suitably addressed in the classroom with practical exercises - this method will make students feel comfortable and relaxed  in using the language without the stress/fear that they will make a mistake. The worst approach to any learner of a new language would be to be overly /overtly critical and pedantic about grammar and pronunciation. It only serves to 'shut the learner up' quite literally.

Edmodo.com is a website that allows my classroom to become a part of the virtual world.  Edmodo hosts my virtual classroom and students will have to submit various assignments through this site, as well as take some assessments. Every week students are responsible for answering Discussion topics related to our stories read in class. Students are required to use correct grammar, mechanics and punctuation and to give thoughtful and creative, critical thinking answers to the discussion questions.   This allows students to practice their English writing skills at home and outside of the classroom.

By provide the friendly environment where the students can do conversation in English with any hesitation.

firstly, if your student child you must be friend for him , play with him give him a gift like short story or carton film untiteld he will enjoy , try and ask you .

secondly , if your student a youth you can give him english movies without translation or advice him to listen songs for native . 

Hmm. Dear first of all i encourage all the students whose want to do something in this field. i try to my best solve their problem which they have face in this subject. Give them sum task to take assighnment with their own mind and then clear their confusion.
