Sales topic is really interesting, no matter what the product is, company profile is, marketing strategy is, when a sales pitch is closed successfully, there is content and joy.

Sales team is a very difficult team to create.

Because in a sure success sales team all the members have to be leaders or heroes themselves. There cannot be any laid backs or under dogs there. Well this is the ideal team I'm talking about here. Its like creating AVENGERS! You know they will get the job done. Work hard to party harder.

Like minded folks with common goals. 

Now add some professional ethics to it, and it sells itself.

You look at any very successful sales artist. You will find him very aesthetic. Not necessarily pretty or handsome, but very neat, well groomed, organized and stylish. Its2 things, one you need the aesthetics to initiate impulse buying, and also the reward from the selling up brings your lifestyle and the most important you network so much that you need to be pleasing and the confidence level goes up the roof so you are very relaxed with every new pitch.

This has to come to a sales person, or to be introduced to one.

This could be uncanny to many book followers but trust me!

Well and the professional part of it. Yes follow it as per the book. Some few attributes I'd like to mention are

Professional  communication

Professional etiquette

Professional hierarchy  (order flow should be optimum)

Professional respect

Dead line maintaining

and so on

Professional Sales Organization - Interesting...

 

With my approx9 year experience i have learned that organization has the same nature of the leader. If leaders are professional, team will be professional. its all about attitude toward the  work and organization. If leaders will entertain the following, organization cannot be professional at all:

 

1) Gossips

2) Favoritism

3) Biasness

4) Im-balanced work-family lifestyle

5) improper evaluation protocols

6) not meeting the timelines

7) laid back attitude toward the burning issues

8) Avoiding voice of the market & need

9) open forum for the employees to share their thoughts

10) openness to new ideas and Reconstruction
