First you need to do a research study of that question and find suitable answer or the root of the problem for it. If it urgency case need to go to bottom of the problem and sort otherwise foundation will not build even if there is similar problem will not guide the management in a position of solving.

What I will be doing depends on my position in organization. Am I (Owner of organization, responsible, manager, or employee). And what are my powers, can I make a decision or not? Therefore actions differ according to my position and my powers. ( what is my position in organization?) Please reply so I can give you the correct answer.

Administration usually built on four basic criteria (planning, implementation, guidance, control) in achieving its objectives at all hierarchical levels, any malfunction occurs FAW sudden weakness or failure in the level of management, for sure that the disorder exists but where? , Reconsider, guidance and find the cause of the problem and exit target off course, try as much as possible to find solutions and all solutions exist and must be cooperation among all to achieve it

Investigate to define strengths and weaknesses in current system. Then advise administration to utilize strengths to correct and change weaknesses. How you approach and advise administration depends on your position, all levels of staff have a vested interest in finding a solution.

Administration ensure that the organization operates with efficiency. This requires a set of skills that can handle the many different people and situations within the organization.

 

IF THE ADMIN FAILS TO CONTROL THE SMOOTH OPERATIONS ......... there might be a major reason of the administrator. 

 

If i am the decision making authority, i will first evaluate the administrator and his role efficiency. I believe major problem lies within the subject, cause an effective administrator essentially needs good communication and being organized.
