An addition of human voice could do miracles. And the voice should be Arabic in an Arab country ( bilingual would be an advantage) . In India it should be multilingual along with English. In Malaysia it should include Chinese and Tamil along with Malay and English. High tech is good but not enough to capture the customers mind. And to capture the customers emotion u have to speak his own language. And I think that is more important than technology in brand building.
Dealing with American customers ( they had turned detractors simply because the Indian reps did not speak in their ACCENT though they spoke correct English.)
