Under-pricing may not be a feasible solution. Instead focus upon all four Ps of Sales &Marketing - Product, Price, Place, Promotion. Customer loyalty can be better achieved by aggressive After Sales Service Support, Customer Feed-backs, Extended Warranty, Exchange Offers, Buy-Back Schemes etc. that are also a part of Promotional activities.
Never, because if cost is the source of long term relationship, then you can expect a brake in customers loyalty and relationship as soon as you start making money out of him and he will become loyal to another low cost competitor.
