Nowadays almost everybody uses smart phone and creating an app which can be uploaded to google play store and advertised to millions of people, and instead of going to the browser and go to the website and wait for it to load, it can be done with a simple user friendly interface to relief the customers from the hassle of waiting for the browser and giving them the ease to book their ticket in two or three steps would definitely be a boost for the agency.
