How can I keep my team active?

By showing them respect and treating each one individually....

you can keep them active with many simple ways . be with them.

if you are the boss or the supervisor or incharg of them.

give them always the suports . let them love the work > let them share with you there deficulty at work >

let them feel that they are real work team  

i will advise you the only way to motivate your team is to provide them handsome reward and good work culture. Time by time you should think the new method of enhancing their rewards.

To make a team active , the team leader should be active in the first place.

You need to be the role model for your team. Because the team follows the leader. You also can help the team where they need your assistance. You can go out to visit the customer with individual. Boost up energy level in the team by talking to them sharing their views and ideas. preparing for next day, plans goals etc. sharing market information and yes if possible one can plan a get togther during weekends.

there are many ways . first if you are asking about your team , means you should be their direct manager or superior. as an advise try to start with yourself , if you are active and ambitious , most probably your team shall follow you . leading by example is a very impressive way of leading a team. next in line of importance is the motivation , keep them motivated to get some sort of reward , whether bonus , extra days off , or any other appreciative act. break the routine always , an active team is based on competition and cooperation plus greed. yes greed , anyone should be greed to get more money , more respect or a better title . let the human greed factor plays a role in your motivation programs , and when achievement , credibility in donation any promised reward plays the magic role of conveying the motive to all other team members. we can say more about it but lets stick to this for now . thanks

Set them clear goals and pay them what they worth and in time. Give them real opportunities to develop themselves. Ensure to let them have pleasant work place. Encourage collaboration and very close to them.

Milestones and setting  targets to be improved on week on week or day on day will contribute to keeping the team active. Being active alone is not enough though, as being efficient at the same time is key to success and this needs to managed and monitored.
