all but the percentage vary from level to other and it depend on the level he have this factors currently , please study Maslow needs pyramids theory

I think all the above factors are equally important.

According to the major theories, for example hygiene theory, theory X and theory Y, and Maslow's   hierarchy of motivation all of them are the contributors and factors of motivation. And thus improvement in any of these factor can motivate the employee, provided that it is determined what what factor is demotivating him/her the most.
