What's the point of the cover letter?

I believe the cover letter is rather a profissional way to submit or post a CV.
I gives and impression of decency of showing interest praticularly in the organization the candidate is try to join.
Where the reader is given the massage that the applicat values the organization and is able to express it confedintly as he/she can speak for his/herself It reflect a personal aspects of the personality of the applicant  as some times the writer gets to speak a bit about his/her persnal life and of course the skill and qualifications he/she the fit the vacancy big time.
It's most used by applicants middle and top managerial levels.Recruiters who who are selective enough and care about the caliber they are filtering , do pay attention to cover letters and read it thouroly .I believe all applicants must get adapt the culture of submiting a cover letter with their resumes.

The program of Bayt.com when you put your Application Cover Letter is not properly arrange althought before you paste has already arrange and it is a disaster when Employer read the in organize cover letter due to Bayt.com software glitz which many times to arrance but after attachment it was compressed. It's embarrashing i'd rather not to make Application Cover Letter and submit only CV or Resume.

Cover letter is an indication of how serious you have treated the application and it allows you to  market your self in a summarized manner.
