The Nonprofit sector has been seen as a big deal in various communities around the world and their efforts have been greatly felt mostly in rural communities who have been in need while these organization help in solving social problems and providing sustainable development in these communities.
The Nonprofit sector have been a blessing and hope to Humanity but we still need to do more!
The biggest challenge non profit organizations face is the 'Sustainablity' of their initiatives after they leaft. Focusing on 'budget burning' and having set of suppliers, resource persons, and beneficiaries will greately impact on the project goals.
If you align your goals with government goals and make partnerships with them your intervention will be sustainable.
The Government wants a fundamental shift in the way the non profit sector goes about its business. This amounts to embedding a focus on effectiveness, efficiency, and innovation as a priority, and developing an expectation that achieving value for money in the momprofit sector is business as usual and not an exception. therefore i think the govenments interferance is not a challenge rather a check mark
In my view the greatest challenges faced by NGOs globaaly are as follows:
Appropriate funding.
Corruption of Governmenbt officials
Beurocracy by Governmental officials.
Safety of volunteers and employees in the remote/rural areas.
Incentives for the workers
NGOls face a lot of challengs beside thier important role in society they face funding problems also they face traditional thoughts
1/Lack of understanding by society of the assistance provided by the company
2/
Difficult to obtain some approvals from the government such as the work of gathering in some public places

No, not specifically, but it must be under the full supervision of the government for security reasons
