The biggest challenge non profit organizations face is the 'Sustainablity' of their initiatives after they leaft. Focusing on 'budget burning'  and having set of suppliers, resource persons, and beneficiaries will greately impact on the project goals.

If you align your goals with government goals and make partnerships with them your intervention will be sustainable.

The Government wants a fundamental shift in the way the non profit sector goes about its business. This amounts to embedding a focus on effectiveness, efficiency, and innovation as a priority, and developing an expectation that achieving value for money in the momprofit sector is business as usual and not an exception. therefore i think the govenments interferance is  not a challenge rather a check mark

>Corruption takes a lead >Government interferance >Incompetence and lack of transparence >
