experience and knowledge are basically the thing that we are looking for in a board of directors but for me, aside from that we can also looked for new ideas,concepts and their ability to show case new thing or ideas or visions target goals for the company and how much motivated and how eager they are to push for the maximum extent without harming others. honestly the ability to improvise to save the company at some point.
