well, gentlemen,  your question , has got a , value added, experience, as , couple of days, back, I was reading, the opinion, of a GLOBAL -CEO, Of one of fortune500 companies.
The CEO-Him self, has narrated, as initial days, when, he was in, HR-in junior level, and he use to watch, dynamic, sales&marketing people, product people, logistics.
from various departments.
when, gradually, his experience, was increased, he was assigned for multi-tasking.And it, didnt mean, he went to the field to sale, brands.
But the, delegation, given, by his boss, and his thorough, involvement, in spending, max time, in every domain, literally, made him, a self -made, expert.
before pricing, of a commodity, was , suppose to be suggested, by concern head, this gentleman, started talking, on price, he talked, on strategy, as such, he was responsible for skill development So, when, he mastered , in every thing, HE WAS THE CEO-AND IS.
Because, one man, is sufficient, who excelled, in multi-tasking, could become , a head.
So be it any country, gentlemen, just keep in, mind, what you, are , now, what you want to be.
Do, the job, with dedication, and nobody can stop you, from achieving your set objectives.
