The tone of your voice is above all. Too high or too low tone will create a negative impression on customer.

The body language should be aligned with the words you speak.

Your dressing if you are meeting the customer in person.

Incomplete information information about the product.

1. Being Late.

2. Dress code-not dressing properly such as not neat and not clean appearance.

3. BAD Facial Expressions, frowning, like bored expressions, and negative energy. 

4. STOP looking your watch and your phone.

5. not looking into clients eyes while talking.

6. and most important is not sure about the product you are selling.

Here are some factors that create a negative impression:

• Making the customer wait

• Not answering the phone promptly

• Not saying “please” and/or “thank you”

• Speaking loudly or condescendingly to customers or colleagues

• Making faces, frowning, acting distant, not smiling

• Looking disheveled or like you do not care about your appearance

• A poor handshake

• Focusing on another task while addressing or servicing a customer.

Remember, impressions stay with those you meet, especially customers, and once registered;

negative impressions are difficult to overcome.
