AutoCAD is user familiar and more convenient for a drafter. AutoCAD is the Best for CAD. But some time depends on required industry. Micro station is good but More complex as compared to AutoCAD

microstation is good compare to autocad,fact is complex drafting is also done when compared to autocad

AutoCAD is my preferred CAD program as it is more effective
in my opinion all of them plays a big part of cading community,. However,, as a mechanical Engineering I find solidworks is the most efficient way to model
