epends on the what supplement you are talking about .Most are a combination of one or more of the following :Proteins and Amino acids are good .L-carnitine and minerals like copper , zinc , chromium are ok . Not needed for non-professionals mostly . High doses can become toxic.Creatinine is somewhat risky to take for any sustained duration . Risk of supression of natural synthesis and renal failure.Stay away from steroids . Even the "safer" ones . Lots of herbal , pseudoscience and oriental drugs are available - AVOID at all costs

It depends on several different factors, primarily  from the condition of your body. If your body is prone to calcification or to uric acid production you have well to think about which supplement you take. For example, people with kidney stones often do not know that their body produces stones until symptoms appear, depending on what kind of stones body make or do not make or maybe could make, some foods and supplements should be avoided. Some allowed to use protein preparations and others do not, some can take calcium and others do not, etc.. It also depends from the PH blood value, also from blood sugar level, hormonal status, relationship of sodium and potassium in the body, blood pressure and similar. It is necessary to thoroughly investigate the body and then begin supplementation with active training. What in any case should be avoided are steroids. Kind regards.

This would depend on which supplements were being considered and what that individual persons fitness goals were. A healthy diet is usually all that is needed for most people. However protein supplements are usually encouraged for clients wanting to increase muscle mass. Each case should be judged individually as every one is different.

The most important supplement for you to use is whey protein, all your muscle is made of protein basically, so it will help you repair the damages of the training, this helps you to gain muscle mass.

In addition, he can supplement his diet with little protein, either because he is a vegetarian, or because he has no meat or chicken available.

It depends upon ingredients in the supplement. If supplement contain just protiens and vitamins then it could be fine if the athlete is not taking balanced and proper food. Otherwise no need of any food supplement.

TO me i think they must have some effects most especially after some good years.if your to use them, you must first of all maintain the consumption.and to my perception its good you start the use of body supplements at an early age. to set your body and the cavity in your bones become familier with it.

It isn't clear what you meant by "bodybuilding supplements".  it could mean many things ,from nutrients to prohormones. I don't see anything wrong with quality supplementing nutritionally if you are unable to get all your requirements from'real food ' meals. It is almost impossible for some to consume say5000kcls daily in the form of solid good  foods so shakes being drinkable and partially pre-digested are easier and take some stress off the organs which would have to work harder to process all that if it were solid. They are as the name says'supplements' which means they really only need to be used to top up if one thinks there is a deficiency somewhere or during intense training periods before competition for optimum recovery.
