Yes, there are plenty handful applications, for various mobile phone platforms:

For Windows8/8.1 --> MS-Office360

For Android (use playstore to install) --> Office suit, Polaris Office and Kingsoft office (these all are non-MS but they are freeware and you can buy full versions)

There is a Microsoft Office application specifically for Mobile.
