NO. Good and effective Planning always yields positive results. In order to plan one must be focused on the target. Evaluation of the available resources,their proper, effective and economic utilization demands a creative thinking.This means creativity is the key to good planning which will yield  desired result.

No, planning do not hinder creativity but complement it as planning enhances th review of all possible environments surrounding an organization to establish prevailing circumstances. This leads to the identification of opportunities and problems that forces the need for effective decision making arising from creativity. Therefore creativity is the out born of planning.

Planning Skills will enhance and develop creativity. Planning per se is looking forward and trying to anticipate future events that may likely to occur.

While ancitipating future events we should not forget the impact it will result in anticipating future events , hence there is a need to do brainwashing, idea generation, asseessment  and filtering the best or antipated right guess for the work or activities to be undertaken. In doing so creativity will do its part to guide each work based on the best solution derived from assessment.
