Is it necessary to protect judges from uneducated litigants by insisting that they be legally represented to avoid time waste?

Every person has a right to be heard and not necessarily by proxy.

Every person has a right to be heard and not necessarily by proxy.

Indeed TRUE as a principle of NATURAL JUSTICE.

But at times without having proper knowledge or education may lead to put the person in wrong position to represent by him/her. For the benefit of the individual, can make use of the proxy's skill to put forward his case in a best way to give him/her an edge over the opponent.

It may not only the question of waste of time and also proper representation. Thanks.
