It's true ! especially for soft drinks. Cocoala's 4 oz calories from sugar is140 kcal which is pretty high. Many people substitute to organic squeezed juices but keeping in mind that fruits contains fructose(sugar) for example,orange juice is112 kcal! Ironic right ? The bottom line here, is that don't forbid yourself from an food you love but balancing is the key !
Bear in mind,most fruit juice scan have as much or even more sugars than the soft drinks (sodas) As mentioned above,moderation and or timing of consumption is the key.
