I think,only participative leadership style can reinforce the openness with team members. Participative leadership can increase the moral of employees because leaders give a space and opportunity to their employees as if they make a contribution in decision making process. It also motivates employees attitude towards company.They think company needs them and treat the company as their own business which can boost productivity.
a leader should be friendly and most importantly he/she should be taking the initiative to come up with ideas.
To the point that the leader verifies that every single individual has been listened, showing respect and caring for all ideas, remarks and opinions.
This will build a trustable environment, and in that point, the leader can have a strong "tribe".
