Which one offers a better solution for businesses: Microsoft Office 365 or Google Apps?

Due to increased use of Cloud Computing, google is better choice, but due to functionality MS-office is great

ms office365, but ms office is decrementing and   google is struggling

About me i prefer MS Office365 

I think both2 parties will work together is much better because office365 is already synchronize everywhere. wherever you are you can browse your files while on travel using mobiles apps or as long as you are online and have an access to your pc or cloud..
