Such level of freedom is controlled by the team leader and by the performed task, but in general it could be limited to:

1. Avoid Conflict

2. Avoid distract

3. Avoid disrespect

4. Avoid policy breaking

Group Task implies it is a team work. The level of freedom in such case should allow -1) Conflict,2) Form or Build Relations,3) Normalize & Perform,4) Disband. This strategy is applicable in projects only which are temporary in duration and not for operations.
