How would u answer a question like " How would you compensate for the lack of experience you have for this position? " in an Interview ?
I would probably say; experience is gained as a result of being exposed in a particular field. If i am given a chance to get involved in this particular field, with my ability to quickly learn & pick up new things, i guarantee that i would be a success in this field.
well i hv hv to ask the person asking me the question or the manger to try me by employing me and i will make sure i do my possible best to meet up

Most companies will take you on a 6 month trial after which they can terminate or hire you permanently, so if you lied, they will know ;)
