Hello Dina
In my opinion the reply above by Alaa AlHamdan above is exactly what I would have also suggested.

There are different module available in SEO. You can learn best of Google Analytics from their own university (Online) Google Analytics Academy. You can view each module's video on ur current Google Analytics each section. Then there are lots of free (paid as well) reading website available like SEOmoz, Search engine journal, Search engine roundtable, matt cutts blog (the best according to me as matt is a Google head of SEO activities), then webmaster blog as well.
Also you can refer course module from lynda website. Also there are lot's of free e-book available as well.

SEO is more about common sense. These days search engines are getting smarter every day and it is more now on the website content. Content is always king to one should generate content which is useful for the user. Keep the user intent in mind.

The series from Lynda can give you a detailed video course for learning SEO. There also various forums like SEO MOZ, Search Engine Land etc that you can use. You can also use guides available from Google Web masters. If you can find a mentor, that is great as well. If you have institutions near by that teaches SEO, you can attend that. Also there are web seminars (webinars). Youtube is also a source for learning SEO, however, keep in mind that learning SEO never stops. It is unlike other fields. you can't just learn it once and keep applying the same methods and strategies. You will need to keep yourself constantly educated. What ever you learned today could be obsolete tomorrow. So its a learning process that never stops.
Follow below links to learn the basics. I find them best in every sense.
