The first time guest came to guest relation to inform that he forgot the phone in the lobby. The second time he told he lost ring in the room.

Which action should be taken by guest relation. After first complain the Guest relation check with housekeeping if there is phone in Lost and found and it wasn't.

As a guest relation, he/she must keep his eye on the guest. Sometimes, guest playing tricks... anyhow, the truth will reveal.

let him reliase that it was real and true by simple approach of letting him think about how and when last he make use of those things so that he can smply remember the actual time and where he place then, because it helps brain to recapture pass events.
