Start with your business and revenue goals (which are vital when it comes to proving marketing success). Then do a SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) analysis to find out what marketing needs to focus on (product marketing, marketing the business, etc.) and what areas marketing needs to fill and close the gap on. If your business has a lot of leads in the consideration section of the funnel versus any other funnel, you need to know that so you can move them further along. Once you have all your analysis and other information, then you can start to build a plan and create specific campaigns.

Male , female , eat , live , occupation , income , age , country .3) create offers : promotion , advt etcn4) capture lead .5) convert it into sales. wallah !

You must study first about the products and services of your company.  Second thing you must review the website of your company.  Like what products they are offering and study about the competitors of your company, website and make some conclusion based on the competitors offerings. 

The next step is how many sales force you have in your company and what are the area they assigned for each and every salesman. Discuss with Sales Manager about there expected sales plan for two quarters.
