Hr Strategies are designed and developed to ensure that an Organization functions at its optimum best, keeping in mind changing times/trends/policies and proceedures. Many Organizations today have designed custom(er) driven Strategies to ensure that Customers are catered to and maximum amount of Revenue/Income are generated.
One such Strategy is Implementing Multiple and Rotational Shifts so that All Assets are used to their Optimum best.
Another strategy is ensuring that the Organization's Processes and Working Proceedures/Systems are constantly upgraded in line with the Market standards and strategies.
My favourite Strategy is as follows: Employees must be encouraged to and rewarded when they suggest methods to save costs in an Organization.
