Why do so many students want to study engineering?

Engineering is popular due to following reasons:1. Renewable job pool. Many firms are expanding and many others are created making demands for more engineers2. Good income3. Sustainable career path4. Expanding industries5. Opportunities of self started businesses6. Society appreciation

In order to build what has been torn down by others . Frankly speaking this answer was spontaneous.
