Dear Mohamed,  The answer to your question has2 folds.
While I agree with Mr.
Mehdawi, that any competent researcher should use proper methods to code answers provided by your respondents, the truth is data analysis involves a lot more than just coding.
Coding is the process of grouping similar answers together in one category.
However who decides on those categories and whether they make sense to your business or not is the researcher.
So the difference comes from whether a researcher has enough understanding of your business, industry, marketing needs, and research objectives.
The purpose of analysis is not to code, it is to provide via coding and other methods, deep insights and understanding of customer attitudes and behavior so you can make informed business decisions.
I would recommend that you get involved in the coding and analysis process and follow up on the logic used by your researcher before the final report is generated.
It will save you and him/her a lot of time and pain.
Try to dig deep behind the obvious answers and look for what the customers are saying but also what they are not saying.
Remember, no researcher will know as much about your business as you do, but a researcher is your partner, so make sure you are both on the same page so you can both understand what the customer wants.
  Good luck

As the codes created for the answer is already there, therefore there aren't any difference in the analysis, yes but the inference drawn can be different.
