What are the major known issues with Windows 2008 R2?

We are about to migrate on Windows2008 R2 environment from Windows2003 domain and would like to hear from you about the potential issues and hands on solution to mitigate during the migration phase.

we upgrade to2008 R2 and we didnt face any issues with upgrades or managment.
