If it is already that agressive I would call security for taking drunk guest to fresh air, your aim must be to split sides of conflict at the moment, not keep them in same area, othervice it can repeate
and as a moderator i would calm down the guests especially childreen, appologize inconvinience and call the staff to clean everything espessialy broken glass, also it is good to give some compliments to guest
as for the drunk one, better is to accompany him to his room with security but be very polite, any how he is a guest, but next day warn him about rules and responsibilities.
