How would handle if the Subscriber wants to cancel the subscription ?

I would like to also cancel my subscription. In the terms and conditions it is stated that I can cancel anytime and I want to cancel but nowhere on your website it says how to cancel.

Note that I hold Bayt.com liable for any further charges on my credit card and can and will challenge such charge with my bank based on this message and the terms and conditions.

I read your response related to your approval to Cancel Premium Subscription.  Please note, you CANNOT keep people subscribed and change them money against their wish!

Before doing Premier Account subscription, you have stated that subscriber can terminate the subscription at any time. 

This is illegal statement/scum and you will be subject to legal prosecution and possible fines.  Can you please clarify this issue asap?

Thanks for your question,  first I would ask the subscriber to explain why he wants to cancel the subscription then from his or her answer and depending on the terms and conditions of subscription and the agreement that was made when subscribing, I would cancel the subscription or decline to cancel it
