How to tackle the problems related to office work , when there is Time bound and no one in your team to advise & help you in this regard?

You can always browse online for help. Te internet world is so massive provide one knows the ways to take the best out of it. Google search is not the only option. taking myself for an example, I browsed on YouTube and learnt many things in MS Excel while I was in HR and I also researched how to tackle "much elder" and "superior positioned" audiences during a presentation/training session. i was half of their age but I learned how to handle them through online sources. You may turn to you tube videos or articles, journals anything. :) Good luck
