UK's Vodafone has a large presence in GCC region, owing55% of Vodafone Egypt, and becomes the largest brand, Vodafone is also used in Bahrain & Kuwait via partnership with ZAIN. 

Similarly French Telecom ORANGE is also has deep roots in GCC region.

I didn't get your question. Are you asking about Marketing channels / networks ? or Mobile network ?

I would choose ooredo if you just want to choose just one network thatis present in almost all GCC countries.

I guess the question is about choosing the right Mobile Ad Network .  From my own experience , most ad networks and mobile ad-networks are into click bait game. They will drive view and clicks . Some even charges per app download. But they always fail to help the organisation achieve clean transactions . Given a choice , I will not use any of the mobile ad-networks. Rather I would invest that money on Google Mobile Ads , Facebook App Ads and Twitter buy buttons . Its easy ti target and reach a specific demography in this case. (There are more reasons why I wouldn't use a Mobile ad-network ... but that's later )

i think you should see the most known sear engines such as google and others to see statistics on number of visitors of specific websites and you may get info about the question. also the consideration of most popular mobile networks and number of users of each, also consider services provided by them and if the prices are affordable.
