What is the main role of nurse leader in time management ?

1.  is self-aware regarding personal blocks and barriers to efficient time management.

   2. Functions as a role model, supporter, and resource person to subordinates in setting priorities.

   3.Assists followers in working cooperatively to maximize time use.

   4.Prevents and/or filters interruptions that prevent effective time management.

   5.Role models flexibility in working cooperatively with other people whose primary time management style is different

it was a pleasure to let me answer this question,

collect all team members, assgin all role and task, clear communication and clear role and task for each nurse that lead to save time and improve quality of health care,

** assign tasks and roles totally depends on your knowledge about memebers power and missing.

when all team membres know what are they to do and where are they have to focus attention, every one will do the best to acheive the task.

after that the nurse leader has to control, monitor the team work, and provide instruction, sometimes explain procedure. 

to insure that the performance of the staff is the maximum with high quality within the assigned work hours
