During the interview what is the weakness area?

When the responsible on the interview has less experience than the applicant عنما يكون المسؤول عن المقابلة أقل خبرة من المتقدم للوظيفة

Your mind is both your strength & weakness area!

If you ARE well prepared, having good communication skills, no trembling, good eye coordination, good attention to details, no Lack of organisation and good looking etc;  But if your mind does not have strength, you will lose;

Instead, if the mind has adequate strenght, the interview can be achieved without any good one mentioned above;

There is a scene in the movie - Pursuit of happiness, where the candidate succeeds the interview wearing a stained, dirty cloth full of spilled paints!

 

Depends; If you are giving an interview in a right way, there aren't any weakness, just right and wrong answers.

Lack of confidence, communication skills, trembling, eye coordination, and not to mention attention to details.

Hi - one should work out on weakness area prior to the interview, every interview we face should be analysed so that we don't commit mistakes repeatetively....advancements in technology has made everything available on our desktop, there are lessons available for interview skills, one can always google, there must be books available in the market for personality development......
 

Lack of organisation and good looking.

During an interview, I think the weakness could be the point which I don't have enough in the present but, it must be the point which could be improved as time goes on.
It also looks like one's weak point but actually it should be strong point in some ways.
we need the ability to make weak point seem like strong point.

 be prepared, direct , self confidence and  the choose the suitable job which meets your qualifications and there is weakness will shown

The weakness area for both the interviewer and the interviewee is the UNPREPAREDNESS. Also to mention the venue where the interview will be done. It must be condusive and well-lighted. For the interviewee, the most common weakness is adhering to proper dress code. Better to be overdressed than underdressed. 

 

UNPREPAREDNESS on how to line up the questions and how to answer them. Practice makes it perfect prior to the interview. Prepare series of questions and answer them using the right terminologies and concise words. Act professional and carry yourself with confidence and wisdom.
