Task Rotation is important . Describe how your team will rotate and delegate tasks.?

There are around10 important team related tasks associated with my role. Every quarter this is rotated among the team members which would benefit the following: 

1. Perfection of the process in which tasks are done

2. Removal of Unconscious bias

3. Development of leadership qualities in team members to decide in succession planning

4. Strengthening the team

5. Customer satisfaction
