WHAT IS THE BACKBONE OF SUPERVISING SKILL?

Me personally I handled my staff in a light manner and give them assurance that iam willing to help them in their weakness part. Being a supervisor i always give them some motivations and share my knowledge at work in that case they can apply it in their daily routine.

You need to let them try, learn and practice.

1.Relationship with workers

2.Remembering the work target

3.Making perfect work schedule

4.co-coordinating with workers

5.Encouraging the workers to achieve their goals soon

2. Keep targeted died lines to complete the work.

3. Follow ups are primly focused for jobs allocated.

4. Remember time Start and end for individuals.

5. Speak right words related to work only.

Encourage and leave them to try learn and practice.

Meeting of targets by Motivating and energizing to team is the back bone of supervisers.

Supervise but do not suffocatingly control, review and add value, intervene but not interfere, delegate and give freedom to execute,appreciate and celebrate excellence and timely execution
