if he good employ you can give him training about management, to your that positive angry in work filed

That type of person is what you called short minded kind of people, petty issues means a big problem to them and leads to bad attitude. If you think his temper is tolerable then you can just ignore him, but if every single day he becomes pain in the ass then its about time for you to speak up and teach him a good manner. Speak to him alone and tell him that his attitude is not acceptable and he needs to adjust in the environment. If he cannot handle this type of conversation then he is really hopeless.
