What's meaning of life if we working as machine to get paid back ,which is always spend all money for our life without feel or care our happiness?

If you are working like this then better quit your job and find a new one especially if your not happy nor there's no satisfaction on what you are doing. If you are working just to earn money then if I am your boss i'm gonna kick you out of the company because for this attitude you are already considered as a liability than an asset. For me working is not about money you have to bear in mind that you are working for yourself that in everything may it be small things you can learn something. 

It really would'nt mean anything because we are humans and not machines. I strongly believe in worklife balance and tries to achieve it where ever possible.
