How would you deal with the situation if your new boss treated you unfairly; always critize your work and undervalue you over unqualified employees?

Nobody can happy from my self the only thing which reflects my personality is my quality output and if you are a person who dedicate the time to their work is a qualified employee and that is the only reward which i gave myself every day and i think no one can give me this reward so i never expect from anyone.

My work talk about me and I think the new manager can not change the truth, but also I shall try to no the reasons of his dealing.
