Tylosin or tetracyclines have been commonly used anitibiotics in mix infection. however it is better to examine samlpes in laboratory, apply sensitivity test then perscribe antibiotics
sending samples to laboratory &test which antibiotic is more effect on microbes & then prescribe these antibiotics for3-7 days & controlling all environmental factors ...workers & other factors for example : heat of air as a stress factor...-air poulotion...some gases as frementation of water & seeds on floor...sound of out of saloon...pay attention to drinking water of chickens.....vassalam!
In case of mixed infection (E. coli & mycoplasma) combination of Tylosin tartrate and Doxycycline is the best treatment or Colistin sulfate and Gentamycin sulfate can also be used in this purpose. Other supportive treatment like respiratory stimulants, acidifier can also be used with those antibiotic. For more specific treatment antibiotic sensitivity test should be done in the laboratory.
Broiler chicken depends from the management and general cleanliness from the day old chicks. If a proper feeding ,vaccination and antibiotic administration is followed properly then risks are low.Tylosines and tetracycline based antibiotics should be administered in cases of mixed infections.
use antibiotic such as tetracycline
the best treatment in the mix infection of E-coli and mycoplasma is the enrofloxacin and colistein sulphate
As an Anti-bacterial, Toaline or Doxycycline can be used. Along with Respiratory Stimulant like amynophyline and NSAID are also used . Supportive treatment will also required for early recovery of affected birds.
ASSOCIATION DE TYLOSINE ET UN SULFAMIDES
MG superinfection with E. coli is most common in broilers.
Send affected lungs and swabs from air sacs to laboratory for antibiotic sensitivty testing.
Anyhow MG causes chronic infection antibiotics eliminate C. signs but bird dont perform well, dont show good FCR.
So its better always perform pre purchase testing for all common vertically transmitted diseases whic are not eliminated in your country broiler breeders.
after purchasing you should perform PCR or ELISA or plate aglutination test for VTDs.
you can claim your purchase price at least.
