As this is a technological world.,you need to have a glance of IT sector.

If you graduate then you will get to know how a software is built, executed and many more things

You need not be a programmer to lead or Manage a Team.

Not only Software Engineering but also there are many departments in the IT sector.

Even I hold a Bachelor's degree in the major of Information Technology,I'm not a good Programmer but I'm leading a team of programmers.

Computer Science isn't only about programs. It is vast field where you choose your interested area to specialize in. For example Associate Infrastructure Manager is a post that is available in corporate industry, in which there is no need for a person to write any sorts of code.

It depends. Like programming is a part of software development. If you take the whole life cycle of a software there are other phases where you can fit in. Example black box testing. If you have knowledge of programming then though one does not program one can know what's happening. If we consider the development in agile then there needs to be knowledge of programming since Everyone is geared to build things without time to explain or document in detail. Knowledge of programming and love or passion for programming are two different things.

You should go for Information Technology. Quite easier than computer science and lot of scope. It is a bridge between computer science and business process management.

Computer science is a big world and no one can study all subjects related to it

but every person should choose a part of Computer science subjects to be professional on it, programming is not every thing in "computer science world"  but we should have some informations on it which let us know the what is the computer and how its working

why not.....?? :O CS doesnot means only codes.. It also includes logic and hardware.
