What is the difference between smart work and hard work? Which is better to progress in career and why?

Smart work always has a progress in career.Working10 hours without completing the work is of no use hence if we find a way to do the same work in5 hours it is smart work .

Organizations don't reward people for hard working qualities, they reward them for results. Ultimately it is the results that count, and therein lies the answer.

Today's environment is so competitive that if one is not hardworking, he will quickly be branded as a laid-back guy and his growth will be limited. So, one has to be hardworking too!!!

 

A guy who works hard, at least the minimum hours of work, exceeds all his targets and gets the results he says he will, such people will grow best.

Hard work is when your passionate to  get the things done in other words very minimum use of the resources available while smart work is when you achive goals with less manpower and use things which able you to reach this goals such as technology to be more efficient and productive.

Hard work and smart work both are same in general sense. The only difference is that the way which we are applying to complete that work. If we start work without planning it will be hard work. And if work will do with proper planning including time and budget it is called smart work.

To be successful in career it is very important that the individual is both hardworking and smart. One should be able to set goals and plan accordingly the action plan that would lead him/her to progress
