how to give instructions to uneducated employees and non-english speakers

Hi Peter, Use sign language haha! Well funny as it sounds it works in the worst case scenario.
The best way is to develop a manual using a designer which is animated, if its for any physical action which they are supposed to do.
If it's regarding policies, get cheap translators online and get it done.
It saves time and its way better than sign language:P Thanks Nitin C
