Some market competition companies use new face customers to send for the companies who have the same product, to bargain and forward the number of items and quantities. can I give false price the new customer, if I suspect from him/her?
While it's important to be cautious in competitive markets, honesty and integrity should always be the guiding principles in business interactions. Lying to a new customer, even if suspicions arise, can damage trust and tarnish your reputation in the long run. Instead, focus on building rapport and addressing concerns transparently and professionally. If there are suspicions about the customer's intentions, it's advisable to gather more information discreetly and approach the situation with tact and diplomacy. Maintaining ethical standards not only preserves your integrity but also fosters stronger relationships with customers based on mutual respect and trust.
The first step to overtaking your business rivals is to find out who they are and what they offer to your target audience. In doing so, you can identify your competitive advantage and maximize these strengths to attract new customers.
This is a very tricky question and depends upon scenerios and the type of project working on. Instead of lie I would say we can reply trickly to disturb the planning of our competitor, and let say if that customer is ready to buy from us the next day or any day we can put some conditions/criteria to cover up.
No need to lie because trustworthy and integrity matters most in business
I don't think that misinforming any customer is an effective method to gaining a competitive edge over a rival.
If you genuinely believe that you are selling a better product, then selling the product shoud not be an issue.
