There is lots of skills but up there those one the main skills that is a must that anyone wok in NGO to have it.
Convincing power is the most important factor that in my view, play a key role in any NGO's work. it totally depends on you that how can you conver your NGO's vision & mission. But much of the part should be in personal skills because this is not a business model where anyone having requirement instead you have to develop the business for your firm's targets.
Believe, dedication, tolerance, passion and hard work.
1. Enthusiasm and dedication for your chosen charitable cause
2. Team-working and people skills
3. Communication skills: oral and written
4. Administrative and organisational skills
5. Commercial / business awareness
6. Pro-activity and flexibility
7. Willingness to undertake routine jobs
8. Languages
More of the personal skills are required though both are necessary. Personal skills more important because most NGOs are dealing with people's well-being and anyone dealing with such has to be personally involved.
Gorgeousness and speed to deal with all the situations that I am having a focus
