I am a human and i am living in world and there is lots of way to adopt one to make the life secure and gain the relation between human and employee retention.

there must be very healthy between those two because if any employee is not performing up to the mark then you dont need that person and if you keeping an eye on each and everyone then you can find that person easily who can disturb your business. on the other end if the person doing perfect job then you can promote him.
