A Civil Engineer with minimum 3 years experience in construction can apply as civil/structural inspector as long he is familiar with the tests being conducted on concrete, asphalt, rebar, soil and etc. Willingness to read and learn on standards, ISO, Quality Control Program could help in conducting inspections on site.
