Do you find it hard to work independently, managing your own time and activities? Why and why not?

If a organized person doesn't find difficult to work independently. Otherwise it will be difficult to work independently.

If one has the proper discipline, interest and he organized properly his activities, he will not find difficult to work independently. Otherwise, difficult.

For me I can't find it hard to work independently but even I think the Ideal Manager who can work or make plan according to the company needs and which can be applied as well, meanwhile no one never and ever succeed alone but with his / her staff.  

Yes because team work is the best

Team work is always works best to the work environment. Independently managing time and activities might be difficult for most of the people.

Working independentlly is hard due to less options on solution making and options.There is a time working independent  is acceptable especially in management decisions. Team work is the first option to successful works.
